KPC-Europe (Kaolin and Plastic Clays - Europe) is the European Association of the kaolin and plastic clays producers. The Association was born from the merger of EKA (European Kaolin Association) and EuroArgilla (European Plastic Clays Association). KPC-Europe was formally established under Belgian law on 1st January 2004 as an international association for scientific purposes
The association
provides its members with a forum for regulatory, technical, health and safety
and environmental issues. It assures the representation of kaolin and plastic
clays at national and EU levels. KPC-Europe is a member of IMA-Europe,
the European Industrial Minerals Association.
KPC-Europe's members (see memberslist)
represent eight EU Member States and approximately 90% of the EU production
of kaolin and plastic clays.
KPC-Europe provides a comprehensive source of information for all issues relevant
to the kaolin and plastic clays industry, with the exception of issues that
might affect the free competition.
